The Linear Flash Disk Controller comes in a 100 pin QFP package and includes a TrueFFS license with each device. This combination of hardware and software solutions provides a simple way to quickly integrate a flash disk into your PC design.
M-Systems also offers other easy-to-integrate flash disk boards for ISA and PC/104 bus as well as DiskOnChip*, the world's smallest disk drive.
TrueFFS supports DOS, Windows*, Windows95*, QNX*, pSOS and other operating systems for Intel-based computers.
